Bache Gabrielsen 5 Organic Eco Designed VSOP
It is a Cognac blend of eaux-de-vie from wines harvested and distilled from the crus of the demarcated region of Cognac de Petite Champagne and Fins Bois, classified respectively as second and fourth growths, and planted with Ugni Blanc grapes.
The cognacs have aged in French oak barrels for a minimum of 5 years.
Why 5? Winks not only to the history of Maison Bache-Gabrielsen (5th generation at the head) but also to the years of aging (5) and to the 5 environmental and ecological key points of the packaging..
The color is shiny Versailles Gold.
In the nose as in the mouth: floral with hints of white flowers such as lime blossom or spring hawthorn with elegant touches of fresh citrus fruits such as lemon and embellished with a finish on a triptych of muscat grapes, vanilla and mocha .
Pairings: as a clean aperitif or with a citrus Schweppes, on a dark chocolate cake or in the afternoon with a citrus tart.
The bottles will be kept upright away from light and at room temperature.

Maison Bache-Gabrielsen was founded in 1905 in Cognac by Thomas Bache-Gabrielsen of Norwegian origin. He was then 23 years old.
The House is to this day managed by Christian helped by his son Ervé, a fourth generation Bache-Gabrielsen.
The House has very old cellars which are very suitable for aging the very fine qualities of cognacs that the house sells all over the world.
