Brand Billecart-Salmon

It all started here in 1818, when Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon united to create their Champagne House. A family story since Louis Salmon, Elisabeth's brother and passionate about oenology, was involved in the development of the wines.

Thus, for 7 generations, each member of the family has been committed to perpetuating the family tradition by remaining faithful to an unchanging oath: "to favor quality, to strive for excellence".
