Brand Christian Drouin

In 1960 Christian Drouin senior acquired the Fiefs Sainte-Anne on the mountains of Gonneville, near Honfleur. The farm is planted with cider apple trees and Christian quickly develops the desire to produce Calvados.

He spent the first twenty years distilling his cider production. The Calvados produced in this way are aged in old sherry, Porto or Calvados barrels stored in the old half-timbered buildings of the farm. He also acquires a few batches of very old Calvados on the occasion of successions from reputable producers.

Christian Drouin father obtained his first medals in regional competitions and in Paris.
